2. Nature of contributions

Users may propose content related to the history, memory, or heritage of the town (testimonies, old photos, stories, anecdotes, etc.).

3. User Commitment

By submitting a contribution, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the author of the content OR you have the necessary rights to publish it.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, image rights, privacy...).
• Transmitted images are royalty-free or used with the express permission of their author.

4. Grant of Rights

By checking the dedicated box and validating your contribution, you authorize the digital museum to:

• use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content on the site and any medium related to the project (exhibitions, publications, etc.)
• do so free of charge, without time or territorial limits

This authorization does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property but allows for broad and non-exclusive distribution for cultural and heritage purposes.

5. Moderation

All contributions are moderated before publication. The digital museum reserves the right to refuse or remove content at any time, without justification.

6. Personal Data

The username may be displayed publicly with the contribution.

7. Liability

The digital museum cannot be held liable in the event of a dispute concerning a contribution submitted by a user. Responsibility lies with the contributor.
