Cascade de la Pisse

The Cascade de la Pisse of Mizoën is an impressive waterfall with a total height of 270 meters, and is perfectly visible from the D 1091 road. This site is renowned for its climbing activities, notably thanks to the Via Ferrata of the Voile de la Mariée which runs along the waterfall, offering a sporty route and thrilling sensations. The climbing route of the Cascade de la Pisse, opened in 1992 by J.M. Cambon and Patrick Correard, is particularly appreciated for its ideal conditions and its southern microclimate, exposed to the Meije, where grasshoppers, lizards, lavender and summer flowers abound.
