Chapelle Sainte-Barbe du Parizet

This chapel, built in 1931 is a priori dedicated to Sainte-Barbe, the patron saint of miners and all professions related to fire. According to oral tradition, this chapel would be dedicated to the people who died during the construction of the Chambon dam. 13 certain deaths are recorded, but the figure of about thirty deceased workers is sometimes put forward.
